Music Educator Position

We are seeking a skilled Music Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Latin American music traditions and experience teaching general music while offering specialized instruction in traditional percussion and plucked string instruments.

About the Role:

  • Develop and deliver personalized music programs for individual and group instruction, incorporating Latin American styles.
  • Teach music theory and practical aspects, focusing on rhythms and instruments from the region.
  • Design engaging exercises and activities tailored to each student's abilities and learning goals.
  • Provide constructive feedback and encourage progress in students of all levels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in music or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with a focus on Latin American music.
  • Proficiency in traditional percussion and plucked string instruments from Latin America.
