Marketing and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing and Business Development professional to lead our marketing and business development strategy.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and business development plan that aligns with our firm's growth objectives.

  • Create a strategic plan for marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Transition business development activities from informal, partner-led efforts to a structured program.
  • Manage marketing campaigns and thought leadership content.
  • Serve as the brand custodian, ensuring consistent brand expression across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing & BD strategy.
  2. Elevate BD activities from informal, partner-led efforts to a structured program.
  3. Oversee the creation and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns and thought leadership content.
  4. Ensure consistent brand expression across all channels.
  5. Develop and lead the implementation of a robust digital marketing strategy.
  6. Plan and orchestrate client events and seminars.
  7. Possess ownership of marketing and BD data and analytics.
  8. Implement a clear operating model for marketing and BD.
  9. Foster internal capability and awareness around marketing and BD.
  10. Work collaboratively across the organization and the network.
  11. Serve as one of the key representatives of the firm externally in the market.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in a similar marketing and business development role.
  • Strong strategic planning and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach.
