Job Opportunity:

Role Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the operations of a food services programme and quality management system.
  • The successful candidate will oversee the preparation and delivery of food services to eligible residents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate quality management activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Maintain audit compliance and oversee the implementation of food safety protocols.
  3. Develop and implement staff training programmes to meet quality and compliance standards.
  4. Monitor operational trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, preferably with a degree or diploma.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in management roles within a related industry area.
  • Qualified Food Safety Supervisor certification (minimum competency standards).
  • Strong knowledge of current food safety and occupational health and safety legislation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
