Job Role

This is a career opportunity at an esteemed defense and space manufacturing organization, where you will be part of world-leading projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure production facilities operate efficiently, meeting technical requirements on schedule.
  • Oversee administrative support, ship/sub maintenance, and repair production to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Determine availability of manpower resources for departmental goals and develop annual division budgets.
Requirements
  • Able to obtain and maintain a high-level clearance.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Experience leading multi-discipline teams in high-stakes environments.
  • Degree in engineering, nuclear science, or related technical field, with certification/s in Project Management.

On-the-job training combined with instructor-led classroom training will be provided during deployment. Upon completion, you will return to Western Australia (WA) to carry out planning, management, and in-water maintenance activities on US Navy Virginia Class Submarines.
