Administrative Support Coordinator

This is a permanent full-time position in our team.

About the Role

As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving our school's communications, supporting internal operations, and promoting our values and achievements. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing operational support in the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive marketing and media strategic planning.
  2. Coordinating and overseeing teacher relief scheduling and managing associated payroll duties.
  3. Offering human resource support and advice to our Executive team and staff on day-to-day matters.
  4. Managing and monitoring our annual marketing/public relations budget, ensuring effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality promotional activities.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in assisting with coordination of events and marketing activities and associated financial management and budgeting requirements.
  • Demonstrated well-developed knowledge of and experience in contemporary human resource management practices.
  • Demonstrated well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated sound conceptual, analytical and research skills, including the ability to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrated initiative and good organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and identify priorities.
