This position plays a vital role in the company's success, supporting the talent experience and driving business growth. As a critical member of our team, you will source, recruit, and guide Axiom legal talent throughout their career journey, ensuring they have opportunities to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through professional networks and resources.
  • Talent Management: Serve as primary partner for a group of legal professionals, providing exceptional service and support to deliver against client requests.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years full-cycle recruiting experience within a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or in-house for a company.
  • Strong interviewing capabilities and deep understanding of skills across the legal discipline.
