Our team is responsible for supporting the talent experience and plays a critical role in the overall success of our organization.

The Talent Manager will source, recruit, and guide legal talent throughout their career with us, ensuring their skills are matched to exciting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Proactively source and recruit industry leading talent by building and maintaining a network of potential candidates;
    • Conduct thorough preliminary interviews and use professional judgement in evaluating attorney candidates;
    • Serve as the main point of contact and ensure all candidate correspondence is completed in a timely manner;
    • Evaluate client demand and assist in managing our lawyer hiring strategy to ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates.
  • Talent Management
    • Partner with a group of legal professionals in a defined practice area to provide a best-in-class lawyer and client experience;
    • Manage the entire lawyer lifecycle from hire through retirement, providing exceptional support and guidance;
    • Deliver against client requests for talent, including identifying relevant talent, liaising with the Sales team and Client, and successfully closing each engagement in tandem with Sales.
    • Identify legal talent to fulfill client opportunities within their practice area, working directly with the Sales team and clients as appropriate.
  • Qualifications:
    • 4+ years full cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the legal industry;
    • Strong interviewing capabilities and ability to assess candidate skills and suitability efficiently and quickly;
    • Deep sense of urgency and drive to ensure matching of legal talent with the right opportunities;
    • Poise, confidence, and gravitas to interact with highly experienced legal professionals;
    • Ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt quickly to changes, and creatively problem solve;
    • Excellent systems skills, including Microsoft Office.
