We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Deputy Secretary, leading the Economic Strategy and Productivity Group. This is a senior role that requires significant experience in policy development, leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the Economic Strategy and Productivity Group. You will develop and implement effective policies and strategies to achieve our economic and tax revenue objectives, lead a high-performing team to deliver projects and initiatives on time, budget, and to a high standard, and engage with key stakeholders to build strong relationships and achieve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Masters degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. economics, public administration, finance).
  • Significant experience in policy development, leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
