We are looking for a skilled Retail Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the role:

- Manage Daily Operations of the Bakery and Café, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.

- Be strong in stock management and cost control processes
- Communicate professionally with diverse groups
- Drive sales through promotional activities
- Ensure consistent presentation and quality of food and beverages served.
- Manage transactions through POS systems.
- Uphold Food & Safety Standards and conduct regular Quality Assurance audits.
- Monitor trends & report on sales and inventory results.
- Demonstrate company values at all times with a safety-oriented mindset.

About You:

- Proven experience in café or restaurant management.
- Strong understanding of customer service and food operations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating teams.
- Attention to detail.
- High volume barista skills, with a passion for crafting high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Business acumen focused on driving sales and revenue growth.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities, including inventory management and order placement.
- Proficient in operating POS systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing teams to develop promotions.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring clean workspaces.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make strategic recommendations.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate operational hours.
