Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Career Advancement Resourcer to join our team. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging high-quality engineering and technical professionals to meet our clients' needs.

About the Role
  1. You will be responsible for sourcing and engaging candidates through proactive search and recruitment strategies.
  2. Qualify candidates with structured screening and clear, thoughtful communication.
  3. Support end-to-end recruitment delivery with senior consultants.
  4. Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and CRM records.
  5. Deliver a candidate experience that builds lasting trust and reflects our brand promise.
Your Qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years of agency experience and a strong grasp of recruitment fundamentals.
  • Values-Led: You believe in doing the right thing, delivering quality outcomes, and being part of a team that genuinely cares.
