What You'll Be Doing Source and engage high-quality engineering and technical professionals through proactive search Qualify candidates with structured screening and clear, thoughtful communication Support end-to-end recruitment delivery with senior consultants Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and CRM records Deliver a candidate experience that builds lasting trust and reflects our brand promise About You Experienced Resourcer – You have at least 1-2 years of agency experience and a strong grasp of recruitment fundamentals.
