Key Role Overview

This is a pivotal position where you will spearhead national growth through strategic partnerships and lead a high-performing team.

The National Sales Manager - Architectural Specifications will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with architects, specifiers, and commercial partners to drive product launches and market positioning.

You will be the voice of ASSA ABLOY in the architectural space, ensuring our solutions are at the forefront in Australia's most iconic projects.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a national sales team focused on architectural specification.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
  • Build trusted relationships with architects, specifiers, and commercial clients.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to support launches and campaigns.
  • Utilize market insights to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Oversee forecasting and reporting to support production and demand planning.
  • Drive collaboration across entities to align national efforts.
  • Ensure clients receive up-to-date pricing, samples, and promotional materials.
  • Represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events, training sessions, and product promotions.

As a strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a passion for architecture and design, you will lead national sales teams, build strong client relationships, and know how to turn insights into action.

About Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with proven success in national sales leadership within architectural or building products. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, budget ownership, as well as a deep understanding of the specification process and project lifecycles.
