We seek a seasoned Senior Contract Coordinator to support project teams and the Project Manager on various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop subcontractor procurement schedules, scopes, lettings, and packages.
  • Analyze, negotiate, and finalize subcontracts.
  • Oversee project expenditure, including subcontractor claims.
  • Assist with claim progress and external variations.
  • Administer RFIs to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience working for a construction fit-out or refurbishment business.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management.
  • Experience managing projects worth over $5 million.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience dealing with suppliers, negotiating, and finalizing contract agreements.
