A challenging and dynamic opportunity exists for an experienced contracts professional to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, excellent stakeholder relationships, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled contracts professional to provide contractual management and process support to our various business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leveraging effective stakeholder relationships, minimizing contractual risks, and ensuring all commercial actions align with our company values and highest ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiating leases, subcontract terms, and supplier agreements
- Advising project managers on commercial strategies
- Ensuring company contractual and legal compliance
- Providing inputs to company litigation matters as required
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Law or Business disciplines
- Experience in a senior contracts role
- Working knowledge of the Defence industry or a similarly complex environment
- Demonstrated ability in building effective partnerships and relationships
