Job Overview

The Senior Manager position oversees the delivery of a world-class onboard service experience.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service standards and onboard amenities.
  • Lead continuous improvement across service delivery teams, setting clear performance metrics and collaborating with cabin crew and frontline teams.
  • Oversee the development of integrated service protocols across all touchpoints.

This role requires strong leadership and team management skills, with 10+ years of experience in service strategy and delivery, preferably in the aviation industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent strategic planning and operational execution abilities, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute a world-class onboard service strategy.
  • Develop and manage integrated service protocols across all touchpoints.
  • Product manage loose equipment and serviceware portfolio.

  • 10+ years of experience in service strategy and delivery, preferably in the aviation industry.
