This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the Australian Defence Technologies Academy as a Foundation Director. The Academy will be a purpose-built, secure facility dedicated to advancing defence innovation and education in support of Australia's defence, industry, and government sectors.
Main Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Australian Defence Technologies Academy, fostering cutting-edge research and education in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Academy, driving state-based strategies that advance defence innovation and industry engagement.
- Build a high-performing research culture while ensuring the Academy adds value, not duplication.
