Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

">Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of construction projects.

You will assist the project team in processing clearances and access approvals for all site-based personnel, process associated record management, document control, and data entry.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian Citizen at the time of application.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Great customer service skills, and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • The ability to work in a small team with a positive and friendly manner.
  • A positive, 'can-do' attitude, plus a desire to learn and progress in this role.
  • Experience working with computers, including Microsoft Applications.
  • A valid driver's licence and transport due to the project location (desirable).
