Construction Project ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction process, implement and manage workplace health and safety, quality control and management, and stakeholder engagement.About the Role:
  • Oversight of the entire construction project lifecycle, from planning to completion
  • Implementation and management of comprehensive health and safety protocols
  • Quality control and assurance through rigorous inspection and testing
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless project delivery
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project planning, coordination, and execution
  • Risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Monitoring and controlling project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Scheduling and coordinating site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams
