Clinical Lead - Registered Nurse Position Summary:
  We are seeking an experienced AHPRA registered nurse to provide clinical and managerial support across all aspects of the Ready for Home Out of Hospital Care program. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical experience in aged care, geriatrics or rehabilitation, and a passion for providing high-quality care to older participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide both clinical and managerial support to the Ready for Home Out of Hospital Care program.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality evidence-based care to older participants.
  • Supervise staff and build their capability to deliver high-quality care.
  • Demonstrate cross-cultural experience and ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • AHPRA registration as a nurse.
  • Extensive clinical experience in aged care, geriatrics or rehabilitation.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement and risk management practices.
  • Proven ability to make sound clinical and operational decisions in complex situations.
