About the PositionThe Aged Care Professional Leader will provide senior clinical and operational guidance to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to older individuals. This includes mentoring staff in best practices, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and supervise registered nurses in clinical governance and quality improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen clinical pathways and patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for staff on clinical governance and quality improvement practices.
Qualified nurse with extensive experience in aged care, geriatrics, or rehabilitation. Proven ability to make sound clinical decisions, lead cross-cultural teams, and work with diverse backgrounds.
