About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Care Coordinator to provide clinical and managerial support across all aspects of our Out of Hospital Care program. This role ensures safe, high-quality, evidence-based care for older participants while building staff capability and strengthening clinical governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven ability to make sound clinical and operational decisions in complex situations
  • Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement and risk management practices
  • Demonstrated cross-cultural experience and experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to mentor, supervise and build capability in staff teams
About You

As an experienced AHPRA registered nurse, you possess extensive clinical experience in aged care, geriatrics or rehabilitation with a passion for providing clinical care to older participants. You have demonstrated experience in supervising staff and making sound clinical decisions.
