Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people? We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Manager to join our team.

About this role

This is a senior management position that involves leading a team of care professionals and developing care plans that cater to the individual needs of our clients. You will conduct thorough assessments, identify care requirements, and develop person-centred care plans that focus on fostering independence, wellness, and reablement.

Your empathetic approach and ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families will be key in delivering high-quality care and support services.

You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including clinical experts and allied health professionals, to ensure our clients receive the best possible care and support.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of aged care principles and practices.

Key responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of care professionals and provide guidance and support as needed.
  2. Develop and implement care plans that cater to the individual needs of clients.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments and identify care requirements.
  4. BUILD POSITIVE AND EFFECTIVE PARTNERSHIPS WITH HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS.
  5. DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY CARE AND SUPPORT SERVICES THAT MEET THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF CLIENTS.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in social work or a related field.
  • Significant experience in aged care or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A deep understanding of aged care principles and practices.
