As a Field Service Operations Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Technicians based across Melbourne and Adelaide in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to provide high-quality support, timely resolutions, and preventative maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of field service technicians to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and business results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive business growth.
  • Provide coaching and training to technicians to enhance their technical and soft skills.

Requirements:
