We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven professional to drive our screen, trommel, and feeder business in new and existing markets.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing growth strategies, managing customer relationships, and increasing market share. They will also oversee the sales and business development process, including support and indirect management of regional sales teams within the product line.

A key focus area will be the development of new business models for the service business line, as well as managing and reviewing business proposals and contracts to clearly detail the value proposition. Additionally, the role requires delivering sales training and ongoing support, developing marketing materials, and striving for continuous improvements in our Safety First and Quality-focused culture.

Requirements:
  • At least 10 years' experience within the mineral processing industry with relevant direct experience with classification technologies.
  • High level of understanding of mining wear solutions, specifically polyurethane and rubber manufacturing processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience and at least 5 years' experience in a technical specialist role with demonstrable success in developing sustainable solutions to support sales efforts and maximize client productivity and efficiency.
  • Strong network of key stakeholders within the mineral processing industry and ability to develop strong relationships both internally and with external clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize ERP database systems such as Oracle, Citrix/Epicor, SAP or similar systems.
