About the opportunity:

Reporting to the BIM Manager, this pivotal new role drives innovation in in all aspects of drafting across NEX Building Group to elevate drafting precision and efficiency and provide rich data to other departments within the group. You will also deliver expert support and training while building strong cross-team collaboration across NEX Building Group's teams.

• Assist in the creation of GDL Archicad library parts to facilitate accurate and efficient drafting.
• Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of Archicad templates.
• Research, develop and test new tools and workflows to improve the accuracy and efficiency
• Produce documentation and training material.
• Provide technical Archicad support to drafters across NEX.
• Build effective working relationships with various stakeholders throughout NEX.

About you:

• Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards
• Advanced Archicad proficiency, including GDL scripting and template development - highly desired
• Experience creating and managing BIM libraries and custom tools - highly desired
• Ability to produce clear documentation and engaging training materials
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a solutions-focused mindset
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and quality
• Proactive and innovative, always seeking workflow improvements
• Team player, able to build strong relationships across departments
