
Strategic Workforce Planning Expert

We are seeking a strategic workforce expert to support our customer service operations by ensuring we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.
The successful candidate will analyze current and projected staffing needs, develop comprehensive workforce plans, and collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize team performance.
- Analyze workforce data and trends (turnover, recruitment, training, attendance) to identify staffing gaps and forecast future needs.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models, headcount plans, and schedules to ensure service levels and operational targets are met.
- Produce daily, real-time, and ad-hoc reports on key metrics (service level, utilization, attendance, schedule adherence) for leadership.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and schedule performance; continually refine assumptions and processes to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with operations and management to respond to service-level variations, reallocate resources, and implement staffing adjustments.
- Research industry best practices and benchmarks to recommend process improvements and drive continuous enhancement in workforce planning.
- Define recruitment objectives: assess current and future headcount needs, required skills, timelines, and resource allocation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency using tools like Excel, Genesys Workforce Management or other workforce management software.
- Mathematical and statistical aptitude.
- Able to identify problems, analyze root causes, and develop creative solutions.

- Being adaptable and flexible to staffing plans, schedules, and strategies.
- A collaborative approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in teams.
