Occupational Therapist Career Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will work independently and exercise independent judgment on routine matters.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide high-quality services to individuals and their families, contribute to the planning and development of service delivery, and participate in quality improvement activities and research.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans for clients
  • Contribute to the provision of expert advice and training programs for professionals and individuals
  • Initiate and participate in personal reflection, professional training and development, and continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary degree or higher qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • High level of interpersonal skills, including effective communication, negotiation, leadership, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills
  • Innovative and strategic approach to client service delivery and organizational improvement
