As a key player in shaping the future of delivery operations, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing truck scheduling, coordinating fleet operations, and acting as a fleet coordinator. They will be responsible for coordinating schedules with 3PL partners, ensuring bookings are made efficiently, and forecasting delivery volumes to service providers.

This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple service providers. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a proven track record of meeting performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the go-to person for all delivery experience-related matters.
  • Fleet Management: Manage truck scheduling, coordinate fleet operations, and act as a fleet coordinator.
  • Schedule Coordination: Coordinate schedules with 3PL partners, ensuring bookings are made efficiently.
  • Delivery Forecasting: Forecast delivery volumes to service providers and elevate the delivery platform.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and report on Carrier On-Time Delivery (COTD) KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Logistics or Delivery Operations: Strong background in scheduling and job coordination.
  • Cross-Functional Team Experience: Experience working with cross-functional teams (operations, customer service, finance, sustainability).
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong experience working with Excel or Google Sheets along with the ability to monitor key metrics and delivery reports.
