Job Title: Accommodation Assistant

We are seeking a Casual Front Office Assistant/Guest Services to join our team. This role will involve administrative, customer service and guest services tasks for BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks - Mannum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day office duties, including telephone answering, taking bookings and liaising with customers.
  • Maintain and update park bookings system.
  • Cash handling and recording.
  • Experience on RMS9+ booking system beneficial but not essential.
  • Collection and distribution of mail.
  • Maintaining records.
  • Cleaning of accommodation cabins.
  • Cleaning of amenity blocks and communal areas to a high standard.
  • Replacing of linen, towels, and toiletries.
  • Keeping storage areas well stocked, clean and tidy.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Friendly and caring demeanour at all times.
  • High level of customer service and problem solving.
  • Punctuality and excellent time management skills.
  • Flexible availability due to the hospitality industry.
  • Weekend availability essential.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
