Accommodation Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Accommodation Assistant to join our team. As an Accommodation Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests by preparing and cleaning their rooms, making beds, vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom, restocking toiletries and general cleaning duties.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and clean guest rooms to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
  • Make beds and change linens as required.
  • Vacuum and dust rooms and common areas.
  • Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers and bathtubs.
  • Restock toiletries and other essentials in rooms.
  • Perform general cleaning duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded, but not essential - we provide on-the-job training.
  • Able to commit to 4 shifts per week across Monday to Sunday.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can pass a national police clearance.
