Job Description

The Guest Services All Rounder plays a key role in ensuring that guests have a seamless experience. This includes welcoming guests to the property and recording accounts and documentation accurately.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating, promoting, and planning guest activities including social events and activities to keep guests engaged and entertained.

Additionally, the Guest Services All Rounder must maintain the property and guest rooms to the highest standards, while ensuring food hygiene and compliance remain of the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests to the property and ensure their check-in process is seamless.
  • Create, promote, and plan guest activities to keep guests engaged and entertained.
  • Maintain the property and guest rooms to the highest standards.

Requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ideal experience as a Duty Manager, Receptionist, Waiter or Waitress, or Cleaner from within an accommodation-based hospitality venue.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • RSA certification is essential and a First Aid certificate is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the local area and travel/tourism industry (desired).
