We're seeking a skilled professional to drive our Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) agenda and shape our Early Careers programs.
This role is a key part of our business, enabling us to attract, develop and retain a diverse and talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of I&D strategy, embedding inclusive practices across recruitment, development, and workforce planning.
- Deliver impactful programs that increase representation of First Nations peoples, women in underrepresented roles, and people living with disability.
- Design and manage Early Careers initiatives including graduates, interns, apprenticeships, and school-based programs.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years' experience in Inclusion & Diversity, Organisational Development, or generalist HR.
- A track record of delivering practical I&D programs and early talent initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management capability.
- Minimum 5 yrs. experience in Inclusion & Diversity, Organisational Development or generalist HR
- Experience working across multiple geographies and working with different businesses
- Functional knowledge of operations, technical, corporate, commercial, sales and customer facing business areas highly regarded.
