Job Summary:

We're seeking an Executive Team Assistant to join our high-performing NSW Office Leasing team.

The role will provide primary support to our Head of Office Leasing – NSW & Head of Office Leasing – Australia.

The successful candidate will also support our Sydney CBD team with coordination and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including documentation, reports, and fee management.
  • Manage client lists and communications.
  • Coordinate and manage client events and meetings.
  • Support client engagement activities and handle enquiries.
  • Organise reimbursements, invoicing, and payment of accounts.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Drive implementation of new processes for improved efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A self-starter who is able to work independently as well as in a team.
