Job Title: Construction Machine & Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Equipment Operator to join our team. As an operator, you will be responsible for operating construction equipment, such as excavators, bobcats, and Posi-Track loaders to move earth, level terrain, and perform various construction tasks.

You will work on residential and commercial properties building ecosystem ponds. The ponds range in size from your average backyard fishpond to large recreation ponds and waterfalls.

  • Safely and efficiently operate construction equipment to perform construction tasks according to project specifications.
  • Excavate and move earth, rocks, and debris as required.
  • Level and grade terrain to the specified elevations.
  • Load and unload materials, such as dirt, gravel, and construction equipment, using the appropriate machinery.
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions or maintenance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience operating medium earth moving equipment as mentioned above.
  • Licensed to operate medium rigid equipment.
  • A valid manual driver's license.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
