    We are seeking skilled bakers to join our bakery team. Our ideal candidate is a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can effectively manage their time, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality bakery products according to recipes and specifications.
  • Weigh ingredients accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate various machines and tools to prepare bakery products.
  • Decorate cakes with glazes, icings, buttercream, and edible toppings.
  • Prepare pastry fillings.
  • Coordinate the baking, unloading, de-panning, and cooling of batches of bread, rolls, and pastry products.
  • Glaze buns and pastries.
  • Maintain cleanliness of machines, tools, and premises.
  • Monitor oven temperatures and product appearances to determine baking times.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a baker or Certificate III in Baking.
  • Ability to work across 7 days of the week, including evenings and public holidays.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Eye for detail and commitment to quality.
