About Our Bakery Production Team

We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our bakery production team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality sourdough bread and baked goods.

Job Description

As a Bakery Production Staff member, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and producing sourdough bread and baked goods according to our recipes and standards.
  • Mixing ingredients, kneading dough, shaping and scoring bread, and monitoring the baking process to ensure consistent quality.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, following proper sanitation and food safety guidelines.
  • Collaborating with the team to fulfill production goals and meet customer demands.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment (2 years minimum).
  • Knowledge of sourdough bread production techniques and baking principles is an advantage.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts or day shifts, depending on the position.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet production targets and deadlines.
