Job Title:

Operations Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of our business. This is a key role that involves looking 4 weeks to 12 months ahead, ensuring projects are adequately resourced, budgets are accurate and systems are efficient.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in construction operations management and strong financial and forecasting skills. They will be able to provide technical input on construction methodology and sequencing, coordinate with council, certifiers and engineers, and lead safety and quality systems across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction operations management
