Personal Care Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide personal care services to our residents in New South Wales. As a Personal Care Worker, you will contribute to resident comfort and quality of life by delivering high-quality care in accordance with each resident's care plan.

The Job Description

This role requires a strong understanding of the residential aged care environment and standards, as well as a high level of empathy and compassion for our residents. If you are passionate about delivering person-centered care, we want to hear from you

  • Provide daily personal care to residents based on their needs and preferences
  • Assist with clinical care such as medication management and wound care
  • Support social and recreational activities to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction
  • Contribute to domestic services including cleaning and meal preparation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in providing daily care and support to clients
  • An NDIS Worker Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
