Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead investigations and projects in the Consumer & Fair Trading Division.
  • This role will involve ensuring that activities, investigations or projects align with compliance and enforcement policies.
  • You will develop and implement plans for the conduct of investigations and/or projects, including resource allocation and expenditure monitoring.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing investigations and/or projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of competition laws, including consumer protection provisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake objective analysis and evidence-based decision making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience leading a team in a complex organization.
