About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Customer & Marketing Program as a Graduate Compliance Officer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop on the job, and through our development program make a tangible contribution to your team and broader community.

You will work closely with our Enforcement Officer in managing parking, compliance and health enforcement and prosecution activities. Additionally, you will coordinate, monitor and deliver administrative tasks associated with parking expiations and other customer records.

  • Work closely with our customer centre team to ensure timely and accurate processing of all related parking administration functions.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers to resolve queries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support Enforcement Officers with managing parking compliance and health expiation notices referred to external governing bodies.

The successful candidate will have graduated within approximately the last year or be expecting to graduate within approximately the next 6 months, with a degree in Legal Services or a related field. You will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to plan and operate efficiently under pressure.
