Senior Project Coordinator

The Greenstone Mine is one of Canada's largest open-pit gold mines, with an expected annual production of nearly 400,000 ounces of gold per year for a 14-year mine life and potential additional output from a significant underground deposit.
\Key Responsibilities\

- Contribute to the development of innovative business ideas that drive strategic thinking and actionable outcomes.\
- Collaborate with leadership teams across the organization to develop and implement business priorities and initiatives.\
- Lead the planning and execution of key site events and communications to achieve desired outcomes.\
- Ensure follow-up activities are completed to ensure outcomes are achieved and sustained.\
- Partner with senior leaders to support key areas of work and enable the site to focus on its highest priorities.\
- Identify competing priorities or conflicts and make recommendations for action.\
- Provide project facilitation and oversight as required.\
- Optimize and facilitate the site team management operating system.\
\
Required Skills and Qualifications:\
A minimum of 5 years of mining experience, including leadership experience in an innovative and creative environment, is required. Strong initiative and a willingness to learn are also essential.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex information and present insights in a clear and actionable manner.\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.\
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and strong working relationships.\
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to change and ambiguity.\
