Job Description:\

The Greenstone Mine is one of Canada's largest open-pit gold mines, with an expected annual production of nearly 400,000 ounces of gold per year for a 14-year mine life and potential additional output from a significant underground deposit.

Key Responsibilities\

  • Contribute to the development of innovative business ideas that drive strategic thinking and actionable outcomes.\
  • Collaborate with leadership teams across the organization to develop and implement business priorities and initiatives.\
  • Lead the planning and execution of key site events and communications to achieve desired outcomes.\
  • Ensure follow-up activities are completed to ensure outcomes are achieved and sustained.\
  • Partner with senior leaders to support key areas of work and enable the site to focus on its highest priorities.\
  • Identify competing priorities or conflicts and make recommendations for action.\
  • Provide project facilitation and oversight as required.\
  • Optimize and facilitate the site team management operating system.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:\

A minimum of 5 years of mining experience, including leadership experience in an innovative and creative environment, is required. Strong initiative and a willingness to learn are also essential.
