Job Title: Project Executive

The role of Project Executive involves delivering projects across capital water infrastructure, including wastewater pump stations, new wastewater and water pipelines, network renewals, water main replacements, and more.

  • Manage, coordinate, and deliver complex projects through detailed design, estimate development, and delivery.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, proactively develop team members, provide mentoring, lead by example, and demonstrate a strong commitment to the Downer Standard and Zero Harm.
  • Support budget management processes and collaborate with Senior Project Managers to optimize cost, implement improvements, ensure accurate records, reports, and forecasting.
  • Support procurement processes, including implementation of Procurement Management Plan, subcontractor engagement processes, and supplier processes.
  • Build strong relationships across design teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to support optimal delivery across projects and greater partnership.
