Working with our client Main Roads WA, we are seeking a Project Coordinator with a transport and network background in Geraldton. This is a fixed-term opportunity until June 2026 and the role is based residentially in Geraldton.
Responsibilities- Review and provide advice on planning applications (traffic and safety), including traffic management plans
- Undertake the collection and management of road traffic data
- Provide advice to project managers, other Main Roads staff and Local Government on traffic management and road safety matters
- Maintain local traffic and road safety data and inventories
- Experience in the development and review of traffic management plans and road safety
- Current Advanced Worksite Traffic Management accreditation
- Strong skills in investigation, analysis and problem solving abilities
- Coordination of data management and computer systems
- Work in a secondment arrangement from GHD directly to Main Roads WA and gain valuable experience in the government and public sector
