Operations Manager Role

\

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless business operations. This position offers an opportunity for entry-level managers to develop crucial management skills and practice sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Deliver constructive performance feedback, set objectives, foster collaboration, and communicate strategic plans.\
  • Supervise non-management associates, assigning tasks, focusing on store level operational performance, coaching, and developing shift supervisors.\
  • Effectively perform duties in the absence of the manager.\
  • Motivate and positively influence staff, especially during times of low morale.\
  • Address issues promptly, adhering to company policies and procedures.\
  • Maintain awareness of brand standards, procedures, and protocols to maximize relations.\
  • Ensure the restaurant appears clean, inviting, and aligns with brand standards.\
  • Manage cash accurately, process daily reports, and ensure inventory data is correct.\
  • Address customer needs and resolve issues, fostering positive relationships.

  • Exhibit strong leadership and management abilities, motivating and inspiring a team.\
  • Display excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.\
  • Possess excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen.\
  • Have basic food safety knowledge and practices.\
  • Be able to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.
