Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Operations Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store operations, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve daily operational goals
  • Maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the store
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery
  • Leading and motivating the team to meet business objectives
  • Assisting the Store Manager in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and store profitability
  • Providing coaching and training to team members for improvement
  • Managing team rostering and financial targets
  • Ensuring Food Safety standards and cleanliness within the store
  • Prioritizing customer and staff safety
  • Effectively managing stock levels

  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Completed or willing to undertake a Food Safety Supervisor course
  • Previous management experience in hospitality
  • Passion for good food and customer journey
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
