Job Description

We are seeking passionate leaders to join our team and play a key role in leading the heart of our business – our NEW store in Geelong, VIC.

You will support our staff in delivering an unparalleled customer experience by championing our values and embodying our vision to make customers look and feel their best every single day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and motivate your team to bring their best self to work to ensure we are meeting key targets
  • Mentor and provide feedback to your team to drive professional development
  • Work closely with the management team to lead the store experience
  • Ensure smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience
Requirements
  • Extensive leadership experience (minimum 2-3 years) managing a small/large format retail environment where you inspire, coach, and train large teams
  • Minimum of 1 year directly, or indirectly, managing a team in a retail environment for all roles below a Manager
  • A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create magic moments
  • Coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
  • A make-it-happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships
  • Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience
  • An ability to think big and long-term, and drive change through influencing others
