A premier hospital in the North West offers a clinical opportunity for specialized medication management and patient counseling.

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will work closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on medication usage. You will be responsible for providing specialised medication management in the dispensary and clinical services to hospital wards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent with current registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA.
  • High level of computer literacy including knowledge of dispensing software.
  • Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential.
