**Medical Clinic Administrative Role**

This is a part-time Medical Receptionist role in a busy specialist practice in Chermside. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to patients and medical providers, manage day-to-day clinics, and triage referrals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide professional service to patients and medical providers
  • Manage surgical bookings and theatre lists
  • Book patients, ensuring relevant information is available, and bill patients
  • Triage referrals and provide theatre paperwork
  • Answer phones and assist other staff with clinics

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with medical software (training provided)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

**Preferred Experience**

Previous experience in a specialist diagnostic practice would be beneficial, but all medical administration experience will be considered.
