This high-impact role involves facilitating sales growth through strategic collaboration with account executives, product demonstrations, solution recommendations, and industry expertise for prospective clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate prospects on leading e-commerce platforms by providing consultative best practices approach
  • Conduct needs analysis and technical scoping sessions with prospective customers to gather and document key requirements
  • Differentiate e-commerce solutions in the marketplace through competitive positioning
  • Provide pre-sales technical consulting to Sales staff by participating in online demonstrations, conference calls, and site visits
  • Support partner ecosystem in developing custom solutions to meet prospect needs
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Client Services, and Marketing teams to ensure value proposition continues to strengthen

You will have the ability to travel at different times during the year to support prospects, partners, and industry events.

Your Ideal Background:
  • 5+ years of Sales/Solutions Engineering experience in a relevant market
  • BA/BS in technology or equivalent experience required
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON
  • Comfortable with consultative presentation to C-level business executives and detailed discussions with a technical audience
