We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Administrator to join our team of 8, reporting to the Product Communications & Central Admin Manager. This critical administrative support role will ensure a seamless workflow and clear communication across the Product department.
Key Responsibilities- Purchase Orders: Complete product purchase orders in line with merchandise milestones, utilizing the Range Planner.
- Sample Management: Assist with Sample Room order and filing, including samples returned from the Studio, external agencies, or the VM team, as well as setting up products for Events, Handovers, and Meetings.
- Product Set Up: Assist with the product administrative process in line with Critical Path deadlines and launch dates, including marketing activity.
- Input RRP changes and cost in AX as advised via Range Planner.
- Label final sample with product code, name, and size.
- Photography for new products: Assist with the execution of contour and styled shot brief for photography and website uploads.
- Cross Department Support: Work collaboratively with marketing, VM, stores, and online to ensure a seamless workflow and clear communication.
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who thrives in a team environment. You should be able to manage conflicting deadlines, prioritize workload and tasks, and possess exceptional organizational skills. Building strong working relationships to achieve objectives is essential, as is a resourceful approach to problem-solving and achieving results. Some retail experience would be highly regarded.
